  As a trio doom-metal outfit consists of Iso on Vocals/Guitar, Sano on Percussions, and Kouhei on Drums, Birushanah has emerged for quite a while from the town of Osaka, Japan, with their own uniquely tailored sound. It is fair to categorise them as one of the pioneer in the metal-sludge-doom in Asia from their distinctive sound, especially on the metal-percussion with the heavy-metal guitar riffs, and upbeat drum beats.
